OVERVIEW
It is a high quality curable UV overprint varnish with excellent curing ability in UV overprint varnish application of magazines, posters, brochures, booklets, packaging, labels and similar prints. It is suitable for both offset and flexographic applications. It has excellent scratch resistance, outstanding flow and flexibility to create a smooth surface.

APPLICATIONS
TEKNOVACURE UV OVERPRINT VARNISH is designed to be applied through a variety of application systems, including roller coating machine, offset sheetfed press, flexo printing, letterpress printing and roll-to-roll offset printing machines. The recommended application is approximately 3-6 g/m2 to achieve optimum brightness.
- Stir well before use!
- Make sure that the machinery and other materials used in the process are clean to prevent contamination during application.
- It is recommended to test the compatibility with the system before using the UV overprint varnish.
- It is recommended to use UV cleaning products such as Alfa Eco Wash UV, Nova UV Blanket and Roller Wash or Turquoise UV Blanket and Roller Wash for cleaning after printing.
STORAGE
Ideally, the appropriate storage temperature of the product should +5oC/+30 oC High temperatures should be avoided during the storage of the product and should be kept away from sunlight. The shelf life of the product is 6 months in its original packaging under ideal storage conditions. Since it is a curable product, it should not be left open for use.
SAFETY

Use adequate protective equipment to work with chemicals and follow hygiene measures at the workplace. Dispose according to local / regional / national regulations regarding the disposal of hazardous waste.
