Overview
It is a water-based washing solvent produced for water-based printing inks and offset varnishes. It is extremely effective in removing dried, long standing inks.
Properties
It is a water based alkaline cleaner.
This product can be mixed with water.
It has excellent cleaning ability for water-based flexo printing.
Used for inks and lacquers.
It provides economical use with its concentrated structure.
It does not create foam in the washing system.
Application
• In flexo printing
It is used for the cleaning of manual and automatic washing machines, anilox rollers, ink pumps and stripping blades.
For manual cleaning, pour the product onto the cleaning cloth. Wipe the anilox surface with a cloth. Rinse the anilox roller a cloth moistened with water. Apply the product as pure and wash with water if there is dried ink on the Anilox roller.
• In offset printing
Use by mixing with 1/20 water for anilox rollers and scraper blade in varnish units. Use in the system for 5-10 minutes and wash off with water.
